This Refund Policy forms part of the Eventiqs Terms & Conditions and explains the circumstances in which refunds may be issued.

1. Non-Refundable Bookings

All bookings made through Eventiqs are non-refundable except in the circumstances set out below. Because tickets and hospitality packages are sourced from suppliers on your behalf once an order is confirmed, we are generally unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

2. Event Cancellation

If an event is officially cancelled by the organiser with no rescheduled date, we will seek a full refund from the supplier and pass this to you, less any non-recoverable administrative costs. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days of agreement.

3. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your booking automatically transfers to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, contact us within 14 days of the new date being announced. Refunds in this scenario are subject to supplier policy and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Failure to Supply

Where we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, we will offer a full refund or a comparable alternative (subject to your approval). Refunds for failure to supply are processed within 14 working days.

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@eventiqs.co.uk. Please include your order reference and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the booking. Where a partial refund is agreed, any non-recoverable supplier costs may be deducted.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law. For any complaint that cannot be resolved, you may refer the matter to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution scheme.
