Question 1

What is hospitality?

Accepted Answer

Hospitality is a premium event experience that combines your ticket with added comforts such as lounge access, food and drink, dedicated seating, and exclusive entry points. It is available for sports, concerts, and other major events.

Question 2

What is included?

Accepted Answer

Inclusions vary by package and supplier but typically include your match or event ticket, access to a private lounge or suite, a complimentary food and drink package, and dedicated seating. Specific inclusions are listed on each package page.

Question 3

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Browse available events, select your preferred package, and complete checkout online with instant confirmation. For bespoke or corporate enquiries, use the enquiry form on any event page and our team will respond with a tailored quote.

Question 4

Are tickets guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every booking is backed by our booking guarantee. We verify supplier availability in real time before you reach checkout, so the packages you see are available to purchase.

Question 5

How does confirmation work?

Accepted Answer

Once your payment is processed, you receive an order confirmation by email immediately. Your booking is then confirmed with the supplier, and you will receive final ticket details ahead of the event.

Question 6

When will I receive my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are typically issued closer to the event date once the supplier releases them. You will receive your tickets or e-tickets by email before the event. Exact timing depends on the event and supplier.

Question 7

What happens if an event changes?

Accepted Answer

If an event is rescheduled, your booking remains valid for the new date. If an event is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative package. We will notify you by email of any changes.

Question 8

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation depends on the supplier's terms for each package. Some packages are non-refundable once confirmed. Please review the package terms before booking or contact us if you need to discuss a cancellation.

Question 9

Can I book corporate hospitality?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer corporate hospitality packages for groups and businesses. Use the corporate enquiry form or contact us to discuss your requirements, and our team will provide a tailored quote.

Question 10

Is food included?

Accepted Answer

Most hospitality packages include food and drink as part of the experience. The specific catering — whether a buffet, three-course meal, or canapés — is detailed on each package page.

Question 11

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Dress codes vary by venue and event. Many hospitality areas have a smart-casual dress code, while some venues may require smarter attire. Check the package details or contact us if you are unsure.

Question 12

How do I contact you?

Accepted Answer

You can reach us through the contact page on our website, or by submitting an enquiry on any event or package page. Our team will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible.
